These Terms of Service govern your use of the DueSecure website and the submission of enquiries through it. By accessing this website or submitting the case review form, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Our Service

DueSecure provides case-review and advisory services for people in Malaysia affected by investment scams, fake trading apps, crypto scams and online fraud. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship, and our services do not constitute legal advice. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

We review each case individually and explain the options that may be available. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that any specific amount of funds will be recovered, or that any particular outcome will be achieved. Results depend on factors including the payment method, timing and the parties involved.

3. Fees

Our initial consultation and case review are provided free of charge. Where we agree to take on your case, any fee is set out clearly in a written agreement and agreed with you before any work begins. No upfront fees are required to submit an enquiry.

4. Eligibility

We generally consider cases involving losses of RM2,500 or more. We reserve the right to decline any case at our discretion, including where a review indicates that assistance is not feasible.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your case. Providing false or misleading information may affect our ability to assist you and may result in termination of any engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of DueSecure and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DueSecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.
